  • I have had that happen too. I think it feels like I might not ever have something I really like again and after a few days, It seems like I want it so I have it and have too much. I hate it when I sabotage myself! Just remember that you can have all foods in moderation, maybe not right now but you don't have to give up…
  • You might try seltzer water. It has the carbonation which you may be missing from cokes, etc. and none of the dangerous ingredients.

  • Funny!-live to eat! It's a program and book by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, clean food, lots of veggies, etc. I have read the book and I think he is on to something. Supposed to be on Dr. Oz on Monday. You can google him if you're interested.
  • Yes, I get that note too about being under the 1200 calories. Also, when I try to get close to the allotted number of calories, I get the message that I will weigh whatever in 5 weeks and that number is always higher if I try to stay close to 1200 calories. Why would I want to go up in weight??? I guess I am missing…
  • Thanks for your response but I thought we are supposed to not eat less than the number of calories the program sets up and if we exercise, we are supposed to eat extra calories.
