You need to follow the meal plan! Most of losing weight is in the kitchen not in the workout!

I am a Beachbody coach! And as you can see from everyone above they like it and are not coaches!! It is a great program!! I lost inches from my body using it :-) and it is not hard to stick to it either! you feel so good afterwards!

I do the Beachbody stuff and I drink Shakeology! When I plateued for my first time I did the shakeology cleanse. It is 3 days of just drinking shakeology and it is amazing!!

Why does it only have to be after baby pics?? We all lost weight here so every one should be able to share :-) Everyone has enough confidence to and thats a special and great thing :-)
