Ascis Kayano 18s worked very well for me, it eliminated all lower back pain as well as pain in my eyes. Definitely the best running shoes Ive ever owned, I recommend the female equivalent of those shoes. You wont regret it!

well I think building muslce would be the thing to do first then cutting fat, but I feel as though I get too big. i would hate to be in a position where i would need to lose alot of weight.
