I love making short term goals. I get so over whelmed when the hurdles seem so big. 1) No gaining during my 4 day trip to Chicago. I have been MIA. But I managed to find a new dedication and short term goal of losing 10lbs by 11/13. SW- 189 CW - 182.8 Total loss 6.2 5.2 of this loss was just in the last two weeks.

SW: 190 CW: 188 Total loss: 2 Not quite at the goal for two weeks, but that was with minimal activity this week. Goal is to workout at least 4 days next week, starting with a 5K on Sunday!
