I can do it. Every day I am getting stronger, healthier, slimmer, and love my skinny new jeans.

My doctor thought I was gluten free and for 6 weeks I did the gluten free diet. Then when I met with the endocrinologist, I found out that my number was 6 rather than 5. It was under 6 was gluten rather than 6 and under. Anyway, after doing the program for 6 weeks, I lost weight by not eating the breads, pastas, etc. I…

Great advice here. Thanks for a great thread. I have the same problem. I do very well during the week and then starting Friday night through Sunday, I overeat and drink. My old Weight Watchers leader told us that if you are cheating two days a week, that adds up to 104 days a year or in my case, 156 days. Heck, that is…

You can do it! Best of luck.

You are welcome to add me too. I am fairly new to Fitness Pal, but it has helped motivate me. There is a lot of support with this group. Best of luck.

You are doing great. Keep it up and the pounds will follow later. That is a lot of inches to lose. You are building muscle that weighs more. I did it for the first time last night and it kicked my butt.

I bought a Danskin from Wal-Mart as well, but it seems like it was closer to $15-20. It zips in the front and is easy to get in and out of. Holds the girls in place just find.

My weight loss coach told me to have protein before and after. I usually have a protein bar before and then an hour or so after have dinner. It does give me more energy to do Zumba.

Ideal Protein drink chicken breast lettuce

Adding you as friend. I joined once before too and didn't really stick with it. Now that I am reading the community post, it is really helping me to stay motivated. You can do it!

I always pack a good lunch with salad, protein (normally chicken), and green vegetable. For afternoon snack, I have a protein bar. I also bring snacks like celery sticks and Waldon Farm chipolte ranch dressing (0 calories). I bring 3 Ozarka waters (24 oz) to work. I usually drink half of one on the way to work and put one…

You look AWESOME! Very motivational. Thanks.

Last night my husband made mock filets which is hamburger patty with bacon wrapped around it. I ate 1/2 patty. Salad with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and red onion with Wishbone fat free blue cheese dressing. Brussel sprouts (mashed and added Can't Believe It's Butter). Broke down and had 5 of his homemade french fries.…

When I went to get a hair cut and the hair dresser said did I want some bangs to cover up the wrinkles on my forehead.

My IP coach measures me every week and rather than saying you've lost more inches in your boobs, she says you've lost more "back flab" this week. I still say my boobs are getting smaller and I am the larger cups aren't fitting right. We know about our girls.

I hit plateaus too, but it is because I started cheating. I do well during the week, but the weekends are getting tougher for me. Last week I had dental surgery and they had me add some carbs, fruit and cheese to get me out of ketosis. That just made me want that stuff more. I have been on it for 3 months and lost 25…

Thanks for the great crock pot receipe ideas. I can't wait to try them. Keep them coming. I run out of ideas for dinner.

I'm 5'2" and you guys can add me too. My highest weight was 189 and I'm now at 152. I have lost 25 pounds in the last 3 months, but still have a ways to go. It is harder when you are shorter and older. Let's motivate each other to get in shape. I have been on MFP for a couple of months and love it!

I have done the Zumba classes and the DVDs are they are both fun. I just need a little motiviation to get started again. Once I do it, I know I will be hooked again. It gets you in shape faster than anything. I could see my waist and curves show up super fast when I was dedicated to it. I haven't tried XBox, but it sounds…

Thanks for the encouragement. I did put on 2 pounds over the weekend. You would think with not being able to eat I would have lost, but eating soft foods such as pasta added it right back on. I am doing better today and will get back on program. Pilates is a great exercise. Keep up the good work.

I am in my 50's and you are welcome to add me. I joined MFP about 6 weeks ago and love it. It really helps me stay on track. I was using the Weight Watchers e-Tools and spending $20 a month. This is much more user friendly and I can see how many calories rather than just points. Good luck with your weight loss.

I am on a no carb and low calorie diet where they don't want me to exercise. No aerobics, but they suggested using hand weights while watching TV. I have lost 25 pounds in 3 months. Tai Chi sounds like a great ideal. You can do it!
