I started doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred and it is a good cardio workout with lots of sit-ups. If we could have flat stomachs like those ladies, it would be worth it to keep doing that video for 30 minutes a day. Good luck!

I have lost 8 pounds this month mainly from cutting back from having 1-2 glasses of white wine a night to waiting until the weekends to have wine. I love Zumba. Haven't done it in a while and need to pull my set out. It's a lot of fun in classes too. My trouble is I try to keep up with the young girls and wear myself out quicky, but it is so much fun. I always wear shorts over my workout leggings, but everyone to their own. We had a receptionist at our law firm wear those see through leggings to work with a short top and you could see her thong and everything else. She didn't last long. lol

Attended a benefit to raise money for a young father with throat cancer that I didn't know. Purchased raffle tickets and duck sh_t bingo squares as well as food and drink to raise money to help with medical bills.

I even have a big box of Rice Krispies. When I started the last diet it said to buy rice cereal, but I found out that is not what they were talking about. Now I have a bag of stuff to make hot rice cereal and Rice Crispies...guess which one will probably be eaten first. Now I just need Oreos. lol

Count me in! I just looked at my calendar and it has been 2 months since I have had any type of fast food. I have been eating my breakfast, lunch and dinner from home and go to nicer restaurants on the weekends. I also cut out diet drinks and artificial sweeteners. I feel so much better.
