Looks delish! My coworkers said roughly the same thing to me. But more like "what are you, twelve?" I just give a big cheesy grin, and say "yes". I feel sad for others that they pooh-pooh fun lunches.

Strange, mine decided everything was running 5mph. I'm actually walking 3.5. I connected my vivofit2 through the Garmin Connect to MFP. I don't recall doing anything to MFP specifically. I've only had the Glico brand, and it tasted like pink plastic. The other two here are faves though.

Nooooo! Strawberry pocky is the worst flavor! Lately, it seems to be the only flavor the store has had though. Hmm. Sounds strange. I do drink tons of tea though, maybe if I see it somewhere, I'll try it.

Here's today's boxes. Lunch is shrimp stirfried in sesame oil, mini peppers, edamame and rice blend. Snacks are: strawberries and dry roasted edamame, carrots and mini-baybel. Lunch is 433 cals, snacks are 267.

I sorta have bento today! I bought these cute square pita pockets and thought they'd fit in a bento. Well, not in any bento that I have, so the ham and goat cheese pocket is on the side, I just bento-d the rest of my lunch. With the sammy, I have strawberries, almonds & carrots.

Here's today's lunch. Jasmine/Forbidden rice mix (I have a bunch of this still in my freezer, you'll be seeing it for a while) sugar snap peas, mini peppers, italian dressing in the pot for dipping. Bottom tier is pork dumplings & some really wrinkled edamame.

I live for baby carrots. Buzzfeed did an awesome thing on baby carrots, but just a pre-warning, it's Buzzfeed, so there's lot's of colorful language.

Maybe :wink: but it did take several of us quite a few tries to not have crunchy-cement like rice. Maybe you'll find what works best for you?

I don't have a rice cooker, so I just make mine on the stovetop. The key is the type of rice you're using. Your standard long grain rice is supposed to make dry separate kernels. Short and medium grain rices tend to get a bit more sticky and are better for our purposes here. I do a modified version of the Just Bento method…

Amazing! It takes me an hour to do one of Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals, so I don't think I'll ever get that fast. Do you cut out your carrots before or after cooking?
