If you don't eat enough calories, you will put your body into starvation mode and your body will try to reserve the fat. Your body is a machine which needs fuel. Add more protein perhaps.

I have thought about that too but I equate what I have lost to three 10-lb bags of potatoes or 30 lbs of butter. Ewwww.

I usually have a Reduced Sugar Quaker instant oatmeal and then have a snack a couple hours later of an apple or a banana or carrots just to keep the "machine" burning those calories. Stick a coffee with milk and Splenda in the mix too.

Great work. I just got to the "overweight" mark this morning according to my Wii Fit and I couldn't be happier to be overweight.
