I too enjoy eating my real food. And by that i mean i still eat all the things i have always eaten just now i cut back on the portion size. I still use whole milk, regular sugar, and eat desserts when i am in the mood for it. the only thing that i have cut out totally since joining is soda. I noticed i felt bloated from it…

I dont have the Zumba dvd's but i do have the ones for the Wii. I love doing it at home and on my own time. The one for the Wii is so much fun.

you should definitely be eating at lease 1200 calories per day cause if you are eating less your body goes into starvation mode and is burning off muscle instead of fat. you will not gain in fact you may notice you will drop those pounds faster than you think.
