Don't be afraid of a measly 3 or 4 lbs! This is a life long journey, you may fluctuate here and there. Just get right back on track like you never left and you'll be fine!

"I'm 5'5" and losing lots of weight but it seems like the more weight i lose the wider my lower stomach, thighs and hips seem." That's because as a pear, weight loss is more significant in the upper body, especially at first. You'll notice a smaller stomach and thighs as you lose more weight.

Generally speaking I only like the taste of spring water and SOME purified water. Distilled (ie Aquafina YUCK) and tap water in my area tastes gross. Sometimes we have to "train" our taste buds to go from desiring unhealthy stuff (sugar, salt, etc) to wanting stuff that is better for us, ie water and vegetables.

I've tried eating them back and not eating them back. When I eat them back I plateau, when I don't eat them I lose 1-2 lbs a week. So, I don't eat them. At most I might eat back up to 200 (of a 600+ burn) if I need the extra fuel. But most of the time I don't. I use an HRM so my calorie burn is pretty accurate.
