I know the initial post was referring to a 10-15 year gap, but even then I don't see a huge issue with it. It really depends on the people. You have to be compatible, regardless of age. Age plays a factor in that, but shouldn't be the deciding one.

We usually sleep faced away from one another with our butts touching as we both curl up on our respective sides. Or he'll lay on his back and I'll sling my leg over his legs and lay my head on his chest. OR I'll lay on my back and sling my leg over his legs while he's on his stomach doing the running man. :D

The tramp stamp moves every decade or so. :] It was on the breast before, and before that in-between the shoulder blades at the top of the back [essentially back of the neck] I say, no matter. Put tattoos anywhere, they're sexy all over the place. :]
