I have mine set to moderate activity, I'm on my feet literally running around at work and lifting heavy items. Granted I may only work like 4 days a week but I think that makes up for days I take it easy. I'm also a New Yorker so we walk everywhere. I'd say that sedentary shouldn't be put unless you are seriously bed…
