I agree with the thong theory. If going that route make sure there is stretch in the back so they can move with you.

I definitely feel your pain!! In Sept 2009 I fell off our roof landing directly on my left leg which proceeded to buckle and "pop". After xrays and MRIs we discovered torn ACL< MCL< and Meniscus. I dont know what a calorie deflect is but I did notice on your diary that you are not drinking nearly enough water. You should be drinking 8 glasses of water a day. When I dont drink that I do find that I dont lose or I gain.

I have does this a few times at the gym, according to the Arc machine I have used. It was going full out and working as hard as I could. I wouldn't want to have that type of workout everyday!

I use twice the amount of water then the flavour packet calls for that way you get a little flavor but not overwhelming sweetness.
