I have never gone over on sodium but I have for sugars and fat. I do try to keep those under but the rest I have a hard time getting them to where they should be. I used to go to the gym and had lost some weight. In May I started MFP and started walking 6 days a week and I reached 30.5 pounds lost today. Works for me.

I don't mind at all. If he can stand talking to you hot and sweaty then why not. He may have some helpful tips to improve your workout. You may have a partner to do different workouts with.

Exercise bikes , recumbent bikes are very easy on the legs.

Congrats on the changes!! One thing said to help with eating out with friends is for you to decide what you what to eat ahead of time and order first so you are not swayed into something else. Also drink lots of water with your meal. Alot of restaurants serve larger then we need sizes so filling with water may help not eat…

You can make one with 2"pvc pipe approx 10 feet and a jointer. decorate it with hockey tape or whatever. It is heavier and easier to use. Got this from a bellydance class. I can work it for a couple of min, with practice longer.

Fairly new here too but have had success thus far. One big thing I find is the tracking of the food. Keeps me accountable to myself and I'm the one I'm doing it for. Good luck. Add me if you wish.

I've been snacking alot on baby carrots and blueberries. They take longer to eat therefore I feel like I 'm getting more and keeping my hands busy too. You could try a smoothie with yogurt. Takes time to make and is filling. I've seen it made with green tea, fruit and yogurt therefore light in the caloric department.

I believe that as long as you feel good and confident about yourself why not?? I have been in this same boat at 15/16 and have worn a bikini. Confidence is where its at. Now in a 12 I will definitely be in a bikini this year. My quote" If you dont like how I look, Look away!"
