Leeds in the house!
-
As a Brit I dont use all this Cup stuff - scales and grams all the way for me!
-
Can't manage East but I can do West! Leeds here! I've got a lot more to lose than you but lets hope we're all heading in the right direction! :)

Great story. The Colonel with his secret blend of herb and spices gets me every time.
-
You look great. I started 6 weeks ago at 370lb, hope to see results like yours in a year!
-
I'm starting from nearly 27 stone with similar BMR numbers and I finding the same, picking up the food intake slowly is working OK for me, just keep an eye on the amount of fat and sugar you're having.
-
Ah that makes more sense now!
-
I synced my Fitbit about an hour ago and I'm still not seeing an adjustment, hopefully it'll fix itself in time!
-
494 miles to Disneyland Paris. 100 days I reckon.
-
Why only second and not first? By that logic I can have as much pure sugar as I want but I can't have a squeeze of ketchup!
-
Ay ay calm down calm down ;)
-
Trust me if I was American I'd be twice the size I am - their food is much less healthy in some ways!
-
Seems the link was down earlier but it's starting to catch up now.
-
10,000 a day was my target so 280,000 for the month, 21 days in and I'm on 247,071.
-
Looking great!
-
I let myself slip this weekend too but I'm getting back on track.
-
My first 20000 day in a long time yesterday and on track to get close again to it today!
-
I love it but it's becoming more and more obviously scripted as time goes on. Mind you Jeremy selling the P45 to Dragons Den the other week had me in tears with laughter.

If your Fitbit and MFP are linked then if anything needs doing it'll be automatic. If fitbit detects activity above the basic level of daily activity estimated them you'll get an adjustment into your exercise on mfp -http://www.myfitnesspal.com/help/faq/360-how-exactly-is-my-fitbit-calorie-adjustment-calculated

Yep, nothing but positive experiences here too.
-
Bacon and pizza.

You've never stayed in a Premier Inn! Most of the time you're lucky to get a bed, definately no gym!
-
Without a doubt YES! Walking is great!
-
Most places tend to have some options which are lower in calories, thinks like salad instead of fries help too. I'm sure wherever you go you'll be able to find something to fit in with what you want. Just watch for Premier Inn random fire alarms at 2am ;)
-
Even simple static exercises and even walking can keep you in check! If you're with a gym chain have a look and see if they have a branch nearby that you can use instead - always a great perk with a large gym chain!
-
Seriously? I'm 350lb x 12 - 500 = 3700 calories a day. Thats way way way over what my BMR and even my TDEE are...
-
13 days in and I'm on about 140,000 so everything is going pretty well at the moment!
-
I'm trying to lose 10 stone and I'm about 1½ down at the moment in about 6 weeks. Its a long path but it'll be worthwhile!
-
Another Pure Gymer here at £18 per month. Does everything I want.
-
Roll with it and hit the gym!
