Played football (soccer to the Americans!) with my nephew yesterday. 125lbs ago I would have really struggled but today it was merely a decent workout!

Not sure if its an NSV or not but I'm getting to the point where I'm bored of the compliments about how much different/better/etc I look. It's definitely a nice problem to have!

Have you considered adjusting your calories accordingly? Eat less during the week to give yourself some extra at the weekend. Knocking 200cal a day off your Mon-Fri gives you an extra 1000 for the weekend!

I'm wearing jeans today with the waist 10inches smaller than what I was wearing 18 months ago!
-
Thank you so much!

Starting to genuinely not recognise myself when I see before and after photos.

I've managed to lose 100lb (45kg) in the last 16 months with nothing other than diet and exercise. It's perfect doable if you can understand it's a long process and a lifestyle change, not a diet. I've still got another 65lb/30kg to go and am commited to reaching it.

Try recalculating your calories to ensure you are now not over-eating, I try to do mine every 10lbs or so that I lose to keep in check.

Only 423 days for me but 93lbs lost!
-
Managed to get a soccer shirt for my team for the first time in years - always been too big for even their biggest size until now!
-
Amazing job dude - you look a different person!
-
There was I pleased with my 200days!
-
Feel free to add me, UK Based too. Currently down 55lbs with probably another 75-100lbs to lose!
-
I'd like to continue losing 2lb a week between now and the end of the year, I weighed in today at 352lbs so aiming for 326lbs by the end of the year!

Aside from clearing a minimum of 8,000-10,000 steps a day I make sure to do 30mins hard cardio a week, usually treadmill/stationary bike/elliptical at the gym before hitting the weights.

Congratulations James - this is a great post and a lot of what you've written I can see in my own journey!
-
I have the same, I struggle to eat the high numbers the app sometimes suggests! I don't worry about it, if your comfortably full I'd leave some in reserve.
-
Cereal first. There is absolutely no debate.
-
Great achievement! I've got a favorite T-shirt I bought and could never fit into so I'm looking forward to the day I can fit back into it!
-
I'm getting them too and also outdated Android notifications as well!
-
It's just started happening to me today too - fairly frustrating!!
-
Exactly this! Try to get yourself some extra calories during the week and you may find the weekends become a lot easier.
-
That is awesome - great job! I started out in April at 404 and down to 355, you're definitely inspiring me to keep going!
-
I've spent the last week nursing a sore hamstring so have taken some time off from the gym - in the past this would have meant overeating but I've managed to keep the calories in check and taken up some lighter exercise!
-
I'm not sure what I can offer - I'm just doing the basics of watching the calories in and plenty of exercise. I do have plenty of periods of time where nothing seems to be happening and then it bumps along again. How long have you been stuck for?
-
Absolutely incredible images!
-
Congratulations! I'm about 40lb off getting into the 200's - really looking forward to it so you must be pleased!
-
I definitely agree with finding a pool with different speed lanes - if you find a pool with a slow lane then hit that and you won't feel too pressured to keep to speed. Also perhaps try and find out the quiet times.

Jogged 3km for the first time in a few years then other day. Not bad going for a guy who's still 350lbs...

Another Brit here - Trying to lose a minimum of 100lbs, 4 months in and I'm 45 down at the moment!
