  • SW: 182 W1: 179.7 W2: 181 Made bad eating choices all weekend. I need to work on that.
  • I use toilet breaks to exercise as well. 10 - 20 squats, 25 wall push-outs in the ladies room. I also joined the gym two blocks from the office and go at least 3 times a week to weight train or 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill or elliptical. Walking is also an option on good weather days.

  • Start Weight: 182 12 Week Target: 164 - 170 After going down to 150 lbs two summers ago, I've crept back up to my highest weight ever. I enjoy summer at a lower weight. I want to be able to be comfortable in my clothes and right now I'm not.
