I'm a big fan of whole milk ricotta cheese mixed with a little splenda and some lemon zest (or lemon extract if I am in a hurry). Hard salami or pepperoni are also very good with a little cheese. This sounds weird but a little bit of pate on cucumber slices is good. Trader Joe's has an excellent mushroom pate.

If you are looking to take off those last few pounds, you could try a strict low carb diet. It will force your body to burn the fat. Something like less than 25 carbs per day. Try it for two weeks and see if it doesn't get the scale to budge.
