  • Yes, if exercising Def don't watch that scale it'll drive you nuts.It's how your clothes fit and how you feel. Muscle weighs more than fat. Just make sure your daily calorie req are correct including adding if cals to compensate if exercising, then subtract 200/300 Cals for your deficit
  • Jen I don't see that you are inputting in your food diary. Do that alone and you'll assure your success. "How can you know where you're going if you don't know where you've been" and that caloric goal I see you've set is good without exercise. Say you're going to exercise and burn(being really conservative) 350 calories.…
  • I have the Polar RS200 w/Chest Strap - Hate the strap but it is much more accurate. Forget it for Yoga cause of the lengthening of your torso change the diameter but for all other activities it awesome. always ON so much more accurate. You'll know exactly what your caloric allowance is daily.
