I'm going to try to add this to my Insanity regimen, as well as the 100 push ups as I need those for my PFTs. Hopefully I won't exhaust myself too much between those 5 things but I will try my best! I'm in! And will get my measurements when I get home from work (but it will be after 6am as I'm a night shifter, sorry)

I take a lot of breaks too and then I get mad at myself at the end. But the point is you are moving and keeping at it and will see improvements. Just completed day 2. I have to workout on a thick exercise mat and then my yoga mat to keep my downstairs neighbor from wanting to kill me. Any by the end I found myself slipping, any one know how to deal with this, other than wiping it down frequently?

If you like Jillian Micheals, I like "No More Trouble Zones" and "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism." The first is primarily strength training, the other cardio. They are longer than the 20 min 30 Day Shred, but I like them to mix up the monotony of the same thing all the time.
