I love my select techs!!! I bought them instead of my kitchenaid mixer last year. A great decision, (although I WILL have my mixer soon!) :) You do have to be careful with them, but why would you want to be throwing them around anyway?? I had deep dish pizza for dinner. It took me 2 hrs to order it, but I gave in and did....Good thing I work all weekend to work off all the calories!

I second that strawberry, chocolate and french vanilla are all good from Optimum nutrition. Those are the only 3 flavors I have because I find them the easiest to add other things to or to use in other recipes.

I like the Gold Standard 100% by Optimum Nutrition. I've tried others and just can't tolerate them.

I work 7p-730a. I leave for work around 6, so I get up around 4, workout, shower and go. It works for me, I've done Insanity and Chalean Extreme before work. At first I used to be more tired at work because of it, but after I got used to it, I actually feel better!

I'm 5'4 1/2!! I was on here regularly for a while, but kind of got off the bandwagon for a while. Trying to get back on here as well as working out more frequently because I was doing so well until 3 months ago! Any one fell free to add me!

I'm a heel runner...for the next 2 weeks, I have to work with it as i have a test next weekend...but after that I need to transition to anything but heel striking as my knees and shins are killing me! Any advice for that?

I'm definitely not a "runner" by any definition of the word, but I leave for military training in 4 days, so I've been running outside since January to help myself out a bit. I used to think it was cold, but actually I find that anything above 25 is great!

I have done Insanity, I'm in the middle of Chalean Extreme, and I have Turbo Fire. Insanity was good, Shawn T drove me crazy by the end though. I too do the water idea. I also log all of the food that I take with me before work (i work 7p-7a). Once I'm out of my lunch (if i get to it)/snacks then I'm done till I wake up at 3pm. Or I pack multiple things that are all within the same calorie range and only allow myself how ever many calories I have left. Doesn't…

You're right. I'm sure my neighbor below me thinks I"m nuts cuz she hears me jumping around like a fool and then every now and then collapsing and yelling at someone (the tv). I have yet to lose any inches though so i'm hoping month 2 changes that!

I don't wear shoes. And I workout on an impact mat with a yoga mat over top of it. But that is more so that my neighbors below me don't hurt me.
