I actually switched to skim milk today and it wasn't bad! Non-dairy creamers (as someone said) are good. They even have fat-free varieties of the flavored creamers. I used to do take fat-free hot chocolate and use coffee like it was water. Eliminated added sugar or milk.

I started P90X on 9/27. I'm doing Classic so my husband and I can work out together. I'm also not a fan of Yoga, so I do it on the Wii instead of the DVD. So far so good. After 1 week, I'm down 3lbs!
