My NSV was going shopping and being able to fit comfortable in a size 20. When I started my weight loss I was in a size 28 and sometimes a 30.

Team Blue Rocks. So much progress has been made. I lost 1.4 pounds this week. Is there a set time to have the weight sent in. I only ask as I see on the spreadsheet the color pink for this week. Have a great week everyone.

Oh so true. I'm 55 and for the first time since my early twenties I have muscles. My hubby laughs at me when I flex them. They still have a long way to come but we are making it one exercise at a time.

I have at and I'm taking Protonix. It works. I'm suppose to be on 40 mg but 20 mg works so the prescription last longer and therefore cost less.

Welcome. If you like dancing you might want to try a ZUMBA class. There is also a Zumba for the various game boxes (Wii, XBox...) that will get you moving. Good Luck - I know you can do this.

I have the $50 one from Walmart and it work great. I also have 100+ pounds to lose and the strap fits well. If you experience any problems getting the strap to pick up you heart rate try adding a little salt some water and wipe off with that instead of using plain water. It really works.

Welcome and I'm glad you are already seeing the benefit of this site. It is amazing and has been a big help to me and the way I eat. My husband is supportive and is even liking my health dinners we are eating.

Wiggle Wiggle is great. For a slower pace I sometime do Don't Worry Be Happy.
