  • Try some Greek Yogurt with Kashi Go Lean , lots of protein and not hard to digest. I also like to do the Fuzzy Navel Syntrax protein drink powder, add some soy milk ( I am lactose intolerant) , frozen fruit and make it into a shake. 23 gms. of protein per scoop of powder.

  • Good luck to all of you who have scheduled your surgeries! I had mine in December. I am doing well, although I had some complications at first. I am very happy with my decision. I just had to learn to eat slower and chew more thoroughly. I also need to kick the exercise into gear. I am glad to be part of this forum!
  • Hi, I am new to the group also. I had my sleeve done in December. I had some complications, but I'm doing well now. The hardest thing for me has been slowing down my eating!
  • I just spoke to my dietician because I was also stalled. She told me to increase my exercise. I am only walking about 1 mile a day, and not too fast, so I think I'm going to increase my speed and try to walk a little longer. I am also thinking about joining a gym.
  • I had my sleeve done December 21st also. I had some complications, but have recovered well. I have lost about 65 pounds so far. I also still have trouble with some foods like steak or chicken, the trick is to eat very small bites and chew well. I agree it is a tool and requires you to be committed to a new and different…
