I have very bad knees and can't do lunges or squats. I would like some stationary biking, swimming type of exercises included and body toning with some weights.

Yes, you should take advantage of this time!! I was told that the sleeve takes away the hormone that produces hunger and that they would be surprised if I felt it at all, and unfortunately I feel like I battle hunger pangs a lot.

First of all, don't get discouraged. Tha's the most important thing. As others have said, there are stall for all of us, I have just had one for two months and just broke it. I agree that exercise is the key. I also have bad arthritis everywhere, and especially my knees. My doctor said that I can't cut my calories any more, I have to increase and DIVERSIFY my exercise. He said that if all you do is walk, for example, your body will just get used to that. So you have to do different things and…

Wow, what an awesome difference! I am sorry that I did not keep pictures along the way in the last 95 pound journey. But I will have a before and after in about 50 more pounds!!

Motivating yourself to exercise is hard, but my doctor told me that at a certain point, that's the only way to keep losing weight. You can't reduce your calories any more, so it's the exercise that does the trick. He said to make sure you do different thiings so your body won't just get used to one exercise and maintain at…

Ontrack: I have not been able to eat much steak or chicken since my surgery. The chicken I can eat has to be very moist. My surgery was in December. Every time I eat steak, no matter how slow I eat it or how much I chew it I feel like it gets stuck. So I eat a lot of fish and other foods that I like. You have to look at it…
