Thanks for all of your input. I have had soy products in the past and never had any reaction to it. I REALLY don't want it to be the IP products since this has worked so well for me. But, I am going to do what the DR. says and see what happens once I am off the cortisone.

I did Cycle 1 and lost 14 lbs. Like other post, I did NOT proceed to the other Cycles as instructed. I then started Ideal Protein and after 2 months of using the products, I broke out in hives.
