  • I love ramen!! i was just eaitng it for lunch.. but yes it is horrible for you. I am kind of having a cheat week :( so i'm eating it but I need to give it up too.
  • i am this hight and when i have been at my healthiest i weighed about 120. My weight goes down and up from 115-125 but when i'm eating healthy and exercising i am around 120. When i have more muscle i may weigh a little more but i think muscle looks better. :)

  • i have noticed when its that t.o.m. and i do workout it really helps. even if its just a light swim or walking. You should get on a birth control where you don't have a period! i just got on some and i bet it will help a lot!!

  • p90x is a great program to get you in shape! its awesome because you can go at your own pace. it may be hard the first couple of times but your body can definitely ease into it. you do sweat a lot and it is a full blown workout but its all you need in a day so its quite convenient. you can find it online for pretty cheap…

  • hey :) i am about 55kg so pretty close to the same size. I would love to lose a couple! its good to meet people about the same size and see what they are doing to get in better shape :D
  • I'm about 5'2" so not really petite but i have had a problem lately of not being the tall skinny model look. I've been doing more yoga and pilates to get the long lean look but its just not working for me. it was frustrating but i'm learning to be ok with it :) thank you for the post it also helped me!
