I'm 5'3". This was at my heaviest. I believe I was 265. I'm on the right This was on my 30th birthday Weight 186 Took me 18 months. I'm still on my way to my goal.

Age:29 Height: 5'3" SW:265 CW:197.9 GW:150ish Lost about 60 lbs on WW but plateaued. Joined mfp and I've lost about 7lbs already. I think I will stick with this.
