Vitamin C is water soluble. Water soluble vitamins dissolve in water upon entering the body. The body cannot store excess amounts of water soluble vitamins.

There are moments in the WLJ that will test your dedication. Vacations, celebrations, falling off for awhile, going on a binge .....These are the moments that seperate the successful. If you can keep picking yourself back up you will have to do it less and less.

Weighing my food has made the difference 100% for me. I know for certain how much I am eating and it has helped me lose 72 lbs. I am much more relaxed during this whole process because I finally feel in control.

IF is not a "diet" it is an eating schedule. I have done 18:6 for about 9 months. All it helps me do is stay in a deficit and eat more at night when I want to eat. It actually follows my natural eating pattern quite nicely so it was never a struggle. I found that not having to worry about what and how much I was going to…

My moment was a perfect storm of multiple things. My grandfather passed away and the sadness I experienced was profound, I was turning 40 that year, wedding rings no longer fit, my fat pants were tight and I really was upset about the way I looked on a daily basis. They do make this in 38 DD. I just got one and it is awesome. Shop around online. I was able to snag one for around $30.00 on amazon instead of $60.00 on other sites.

Motivation comes and goes. Looking for outside sources of motivation be it inspirational quotes, other people or physical things may not be enough to sustain weight loss efforts for the long haul. I have been at this almost a year and have lost 63 lbs. You have to dig down deep and find the motivation from within.

My Dad always had a big burly beard when I was a kid. When I was 8 I begged my Dad to shave his beard off for the annual father/daughter Girl Scout banquet. He shaved it all off! Of course he grew it out again, but after that I always loved his beard. Confession: My Dad is my hero.

I love it ... you are my weight loss twin! I have also been at it for almost 9 months and have lost 57 lbs. My stomach is the last stubborn thing to go. I am focusing more on my fitness and it is slowly leaving. Stay dedicated and it will happen. Good Luck!
