nope, no resizing... i just dragged and dropped the photo.. maybe thats why you got the super huge one? there's text underneath it saying its been resized to fit the page. planning is definitely key but i think a willingness to live outside the box is good too... I'm part of the younger crowd at work so the jars scream…

i've started to jar everything i take out of the house.. this week's specials incclude a cucumber/radish with poppy seed dressing, cucumber/chive with sour cream, pepper & corn with lime vinaigrette, and a cabbage/tomato/cucumber medley.

Just finished making my breakfasts for (half) the week:

I tried a nice cabbage slaw this week... but rather than using a traditional slaw dressing, i used a red cider vinegar home made dressing instead and packed it in a mason jar. Deadly good and definitely low cal.

Hungry Girl is a good one too.. there's a website, email subscription and cook books available.

Sauteed cabbage? Barbeque Cauliflower? Chilli Powder dusted sweet potato chips? .. wait the last one may not be as low calorie as I wish it were.. But try working with cabbage for a while. I sautee it with a tiny bit of oil and then add an avocado/apple vinegar dressing I found on foodgawker to it for a nice tang to it.

Since I've started losing weight, my bras fit way better.... Although I'm barely a quarter of the way to my goal weight, I'm tempted to stop and get the most out of the new look before I lose it altogether with additional weight loss :P

I make ahead half pint mason jars with oatmeal, a little bit of flax seed and fresh/frozen fruit. It takes me maybe 15 minutes and is only about 150-160 calories at most per jar. At work, I just pop it in the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds. When I use berries they get all bubbly and the juices run out :)

don't get me wrong, it's really lovely to lose 2 lbs in 2 seconds, but it's just really weird.. Thanks!
