My stomach fat was the last to go :/ Targeting belly fat will not work. The closer you get to your goal the more noticeable stomach fat will disappear. I wish this wasn't true but it is....

I basically watched what I ate. I stopped eating at fast food places, cut out meat from my diet and switched to meat substitutes, and started exercising. I would use the elliptical everyday or run a mile. I had done the 30 day shred in July which helped me lose inches and improve my strength. The key was just exercising…

I had skipped level 1 so I've done 15 days Level 2. Just did Level 3. I'm tired. Just when you think it couldn't get any harder lol. But I know it'll be worth it in the end. :happy:

I get the Daisy Light sour cream and mix the Ranch dip powder in. It's about 45 cals/ 2Tbs. A very good and healthy substitute to regular ranch! Recommend!!! :D
