It's very possible! I had my first when I was 37, my second at 43. Both beautiful, thankfully healthy kids. actually, at 37 I never gave it a second thought. My mom was 40 when she had me, after all! They do warn of an increase in the risk of certain defects (uncertain of the word) as you get older, and you will likely be…

I'm in! I'm aiming for a 15 pound loss by then (would love 20, though!) :-}

Hey! That's what I have as well! :blushing:

I used C25K Free by Zen Labs, and it was perfect for me! The only warning I would give with it is that the first "long" run (20 minutes, think it was week 5 day 3?) went for 8 minutes, not 20. Luckily for me, I saw on another thread here that it had done that to someone, so I was prepared and ran accordingly. It's a great…

I'd love to join this challenge as well! I am doing another one which is until New Years, with Monday weigh ins, so would prefer to weigh in Monday here as well if that is all right (note that some weekends we go away, so I may occasionally be a day late with the weigh in.). Would love the extra push for motivation and…

You could try Be Fir in 90 http://www.youtube.com/profile?annotation_id=annotation_621117&src_vid=V9ooLaDtv_g&user=BeFitin90&feature=iv (hope this link works. Copied and pasted it from the page, so it should work. If not, maybe just do a search on YouTube for it?) I had started it, enjoyed the first week, but then joined…

This! Couldn't agree more! Good for you, for making a huge effort to improve your life and your health. Too bad this jerk isn't doing anything to improve his behaviour.

Happy Birthdaym, and thank you for the wonderful list! I'm printing it out, and putting it into a notebook I use every day so I can read it again and again. :smile:

I did w5d3 yesterday! The app tried to have me jog 8 minutes then cool down, but I saw the 8 minutes and just went through the 20! Woot woot! We can jog 20 minutes nonstop!!! We rock! Keep up the great work. To think, when I started, jogging for 60 seconds felt like it was going to kill me! . :bigsmile:

1. What Week/Day are you on? I had finished W5 D3, but this week I went back to pick through various days I'd done before. I wanted to work on my breathing (great on the treadmill, but sound like a freight train outside! LOL), and on my speed (was jogging at 4mph, now at 4.5). Next weekm, I will continue along with week 6.…
