I'm down 3.5 pounds for the first week! :love: @dinobunni - I prefer outdoor exercise, but a friend of mine LOVES the Leslie Sansone walking workouts. They are indoor (you walk in place) and inexpensive - Amazon.com sells the DVDs for under $10!
