  • 59lbs is awesome! Good luck on your next goal. I agree it's a struggle every day and this week I've dropped the ball. But the neatest thing is we can pick it up again. Tomorrow I start again. My issue is that I get busy and forget to eat, then when I'm starving at night I eat too much or the wrong things.
