Is more always more? That sounds like an awful lot of water. You must spend all day between the loo & the tap. Surely if you just drink (non-sweetened) fluids to your thirst / light hunger that'll be enough?

Am really surprised to hear people saying Pho is so much. It only seems to be about 400 calories. That seems about right for a main meal? I'm on 1300 so it'd be about 1/3 of my intake for the day.

1400 calories for one dish? Good grief, how on earth? That's more than I'd have in a day. ETA out of curiousity, I went to check & you could get a Big Mac, onion rings, chips and a strawberry milkshake at Fat Ron's for that lot

It's probably a bad way of phrasing it but which other professionals would you expect to give away the service that they earn their living with? He's probably self employed, and allowed to work at the gym.

Thing is, if it's food that you don't want or need, isn't putting it in your body just as much of a waste as putting it in the bin? Could you ask for a child's portion, with extra beans or similar?
