Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today? YES!!!! Did you stay under your calorie limit? Yess *but have to work on the sodium intake part! Were you active for at least 20 minutes? SUNDAY GYM TIME!!! 30 minutes of exercise! :smiley: Will keep posting = accountability=results!
