Once again I never thought my dark circles/puffiness around the eyes were linked to my thyroid issues (HashiMoto!) My gym is across the street from McDonalds! So you leave the gym and the smell smacks you in the face. I just figure I can go home and make my own burger and fries and not feel so bad afterward, you can do it! :)

I was definitely one of the people with extremely low vitamin D. I am back on track now. I also get tingling from time to time, but not sure if it is a Magnesium deficiency, will look into it. :)

Hi there! I now read all the labels ;) I look for Sodium/Saturated Fat and Fiber content. I am trying to add new foods into my food options so I look for food that are higher in fiber but that also taste good. :)

GOOD FOR YOU! LOL :) At work there is always birthday cake or donuts etc. So when someone offers me the cake I give it away usually to my BF that can eat just about anything and is fit and trim!!! I know! I know! :)

I have never heard of this type of tea, but I will definitely give it a try! I have aches once in a while, and I have honestly never thought it was Hashi-Moto related? I try to not take any aspirin, Tylenol etc... I stretch and sit in the sauna as much as I can and I try to get thru the pains here and there. This thread is…

Great Day! SNOW DAY - home now! Prepared for the "blizzard" that is taking place in NJ right now! Good snacks, fruits, veggies etc. Can't get to the gym today but will work out at home and hopefully hike to the gym tomorrow. Stay focused everyone have a great day.

Yes Yes No Added whey isolate protein to my smoothie today and I was full! Weekends can be challenging but I was full so far so good! :)

All my co-workers eat McDonalds! UGHHHHH IT SMELLS SOOO GOOD I WANT! But I can't! Tastes so good - but I get sick when I eat it! Trying to train myself to not eat it at all so I wont get sick - plus hello it's so addicting Curse you mcnuggets, filet-o-fish etc. lol :)

Yesterday was pretty good - I went out to dinner and it was better than I thought it would be. :) Not 100%, but it's a start. Weekends can be difficult for me, but I am doing my best to make better choices. #staymotivated

Today was a great day - overcame some food obstacles and hit the gym, even though I was so tired!!! :) I can't give up. :)

Yesterday was pretty awesome! I ate foods that kept me fuller longer and did not go over my calories! And I ate really well - happiness! :)

I LOVE PIZZAAAA!!! But it's definitely a problem! So I will only eat it once in a while and after looking up the nutrition value, well I am not so willing to eat a few slices anymore. But it is definitely one of the hardest things I have to deal with in regards to out of control eating!
