Another evening and another T25 video down. At some point I'll work up the courage to go back to the gym, I really enjoy do my strength training there. It's just so crowded all the time. Marie, congrats on your new upcoming grandson. Springfield isn't far from me, enjoy your trip to the Ozarks!

Feel free to add me. I have similar goals. I'm 29 and currently 163lbs. I'd like to be in the 140s in April and at my goal weight 125 by August or September. My diary is open to all friends, and I'm trying to be more meticulous about keeping it updated.

Hinders. I have a sedentary desk job that provides a ridiculous amount of free unhealthy snacks in the break room. When I was younger I worked 2 part-time retail jobs, and I was able to keep weight off by walking around the entire shifts. I have a similar situation as you, but not as extreme. My husband doesn't "diet", he just keeps his weight manageable by playing in community softball league. If you can't change your husband's eating habits yet, maybe you can get him to exercise with you (go for a walk, hiking, biking, join a community co-ed sports team…

I'm 5'2" and I'd like to drop about 40. I've been a member on here for a while, and actually lost about 25 lbs, but got lazy and stopped tracking and gained quite a bit back. Turning 30 this year, so my goal is to start out my 30's healthier than my 20's ever were.

I have the same issue with every sports bra I buy. I finally broke down and bought an "expensive" one ($40 is expensive for me). It's a Champion brand with underwire for my large chest and it fits quite snug. It takes some getting used to though. The first time I went jogging with it on, it felt like someone was squeezing…

LOL :) When I was about 12, me and my friend were playing on my mother's treadmill and I ended up falling off. All it did was scrape my knee. But.. not gonna lie I was pretty leery of treadmills for quite some time.

Welcome to your first post! I too have lost a bit of weight last year, but unfortunately I stopped using MFP, and gained it all back. I'm currently planning to be down to my ultimate goal weight by October. Slow and steady wins the race! Feel free to add me.

Congratulations! I quit at the beginning of January. Sadly, I replaced smoking with eating at first and gained 8 lbs in 2 months. Now, I'm working on changing my behavior to something healthy. As it gets warmer outside, maybe walking/running instead when I feel stressed. Good luck to you!
