Better to have a lean cuisine than eat fast food. I keep a couple in the freezer at work for days I forget or am too rushed to bring my lunch. You wouldn't want to eat them exclusively but a couple times a week won't hurt.

I love carbonated flavored water, and I also make my own flavor infused water. Its easy, just a few slices of fruit, mint, or cucumber in filtered water overnight in the fridge.
