Here is my go to healthy meal. Brown rice 1/2 cup, frozen Veg 1 cup, and 1 Gorton's frozen fish Fillet. I make the brown rice ahead of time and freeze in 1/2 cup portions. Nuts are great. It doesn't take a lot to satisfy, or hold you till the next meal. For the plane I recommend instant oatmeal. If you have it add a scoop or protein powder. The Flight Attendant can always give you a cup of hot water to mix it up. Oatmeal has fiber and protein so that helps give you a nice full feeling.…

I would agree with the above posters...that essentially WW and MFP are the same thing, but FREE is BETTER! I did WW for over a year and I can tell you that the community here is more friendly and encouraging.

Had a breast reduction went from a 36DDD to a 36C Def. not a J but being only 5'2" on my frame they were HUGE! I have no regrets. Yeah there are scars, but some of them faded almost totally away and others not so much, but I am still so so happy to have had it done, and OH being able to buy a regular swim suit....…

I weigh every 2 weeks.... at 1200 cal and set to loose only 1lb a week I am going SSLOOOW, and I hate disappointment.

Today I ran faster and for longer than I ever have.... there for burning cals faster in a shorter work out!!!

I just eat it as cereal..... a little milk and a spoon of sugar. Honestly it's pretty much like rice krispies if you ask me.

EXERCISE! I am at 1200 cal per day too. It is possible, but I would much rather exercise 30 min a day and get to eat more food! Plus you get the added benefit of getting leaner and stronger!

Friday is my day too! But I only weigh every other Friday..... today was a weigh day for me and I lost 2.4 lbs! WooHoo!

hotels all pretty much have workout rooms..... If you made it a point to bust out a workout before anyone else is up, you will have already earned some of those extra calories. Don't forget to add the exercise you'll may be earning..... I know I usually end up doing a lot of walking on vacation.
