If it is lattes, it could actually be the coffee, not the milk... I know coffee has been known to have a laxative effect on some people.

Lift weights. I was stalled at weight loss, even gaining as well and I added back in weightlifting (which I wasn't doing to to injury/laziness) and lo and behold I started losing (have to note that I added more protein to my diet as well). Have found that is key for me.

I have made a few recipes from my pins, but the quinoa pizza bites by far is my favorite recipe: http://www.soveryblessed.com/2012/02/quinoa-pizza-bites.html I used turkey pepperoni instead of regular and it brought the calories down. My family all loves them too.

I really like the BSN Lean Dessert Protein shakes (particularly the chocolate pudding flavor as I am a chocholic). They are a whey/egg combo, very low carb and taste yummy!! Another snack I like is a banana with a tablespoon of peanut butter, that will usually hold me for a couple of hours. Good luck!!
