I did a 2 mile time trial yesterday. The first mile I couldn't settle into a pace and it was 10:39 by the second mile I was at 10:02. Coach sent me all my paces, which are about where I have been in the past. November: 40 / 80ish I would guess? 2021: 969 / 1000

Floors look great! I will have to look at vinyl. I was planning to replace carpet with laminate. Our carpet is original from 2009. It's starting to show its age. Yikes to the outlet. Glad it wasn't worse!

My coach set up my runs for next week. A 12-mile week so my October goal is now 80.2 miles (previous goal was 68.2). Thank god these 2 weeks are almost up LOL
