DOn't worry, you are not being gross! It is a problem, isn't it? I suggest psyllium husk (at health food store), you can put it in a smoothie with fruits, maybe yogurt, etc.

Hey Charityrose! I started this around May 10 and have lost 17.5 pounds as of last week. Tomorrow is my weigh in. I am 56,only 5'1", and I started at 179 pounds. Sooo - If I can do it, anyone can! And at your height, may I say that your target of 130 seems too thin!
