Hi, I'm 5'4" too. My heaviest was 155 as well so we're super similar. My happy weight is between 120-123 but body types are all so different that I wouldn't think that yours would need to be the same as mine. Could you get your body fat measured somewhere and see what a good fit range would be for you? :smile:
