Thanks!...When I started P90X I was 202 lbs...now I'm 179. I posted before and after pics on my page yesterday...I don't think I would've been able to do this w/o P90X. It put me in great shape.

Thank you all...I'm starting another round of P90X on monday...I hit a plateau in my second phase...i was stuck at like 185 the whole 2nd month due to not eating enough. then broke it in the 3rd phase...but I'm happy and pushing for more

Ok cool, I'll look into that...i don't plan on starting until Monday. I'm excited to start this new venture. I went thru a round of P90X and now I can finish all the cardio's pretty good now so, I wanted to add a lil more challenge and cardio to my workouts. Thanks for the tips.

i have small ears to, i use the kind that goes over my ears and maybe a headband to hold them better if im running...sometimes it sucks havin little ears lol

I heard that push up bars are suppose to be better on ur wrist however, they do make push ups hard because u get a broader range of motion. and its ok if u struggle doin push ups...its about the process...i struggled terribly w/ pull ups now i can easily do 10-15. u just build the muscle and work ur way up :D
