New respect for runners
I have a new found respect for runners...I ran my first mile since high school period non stop yesterday, in good pace too (8:43.2) and my legs feel like I beat them w/ a meat tenderizer...WOW But, I'm looking forward to my next run.

I ran my first mile today
I gave my first attempt at jogging today and I ran my first mile today. I did it non stop...time 8:43.2...mfp has that tagged at running 7mph...I guess that's not bad. starting Monday C25K in addition to my 2nd round of P90X. Wish me luck.

Any Joggers?
Hey, I've been thinking adding jogging to my exercises, however I've never really jogged before. I plotted out a 2 mile course. Do you think this is a good start? To short? To long for a beginner? How many miles do you run?
