I started drinking sparkling water whenever i had a taste for soda. that was my substitute. CVS has great tasting sparkling water. but after a while i cut myself off of that...sometimes...it a process.

Congrats man...u look great. I'm currently 2 weeks away from graduating. I kinda plateau'd a bit due to NOT eating enough. So, in the last month I really up'd my calorie count and broke the plateau...So, I know I'll be doing another round. I'm down to 16.4 body fat% from like 29%...I can move faster and everything...matter…

Mines is my pen name...I write and do spoken word...after a couple of performances people starting telling me everything I wrote was a classic. So, from there I became Classic and another friend of mines would call me The Classic One. Thats how we got Classic_1 :D

I dont know how to post pics on this thing but everybody looks amazing. I'm really proud of everybody's progress. For me my weight has been stuck at 184 but I'm also doing weight lifting as well...so, I'll to just track my body fat. Age:29 Height: 5' 10" SW: 202 CW: 184 GW: maybe 170...idk so I'll say 10-13% BF

I bought brand of bands that carried 3 bands in it and goes up to 90 lbs of resistance. w/ trying to figure out conversion just write down the band or number of bands u used...everything else is figuring out the right tension u need. u might need to make…

Bands are great. You just have to learn the right tension. It tough to do some of the Shoulder routines depending on the type of bands u have. with mines the lowest resistance is 30lbs...so in phase 2 chest, shoulder and triceps my shoulders would get pretty tuckered out but other than that they are great and they always…
