You should be fitted for shoes if it's hurting your foot. Being outside to me is peaceful and fresh air. I feel like the gym is so muggy and i'm facing a mirror or wall where running outside you get to take in the scenery. But do what you like.

No,no,no,no. Gluten free should only be for thiose with celiac disease or a gluten intolerance. We have to eat like this the rest of our life not until we lose the pounds we want. It may actually make you gain weight as a lot of gluten free processed foods are high in calories.

I'm going to read up on that link as well. I actually feel like I sleep too much. For example I went to sleep at 1230 last night and woke up at 1200 this afternoon. I get at least 8-10hrs of sleep a day and more on the weekends and I even nap sometimes during the day. I know it's not good to sleep so much as well.

Do you wrap your hair at night? You can do that, then when you get up put it into a ponytail.
