i LOVE all of them but i also enjoy SIggi Icelandic Skyr yogurt.....it has a similar taste to greek, is very thick and creamy, and also has some cultures

i decided i will save it as an after dinner treat! Promising it to myself later in the day has helped me not consume the whole jar in one sitting haha. I've often joked that if the world ended a jar of pb would be my last meal...

I recently upped my fat intake and noticed a lot less cravings and i stay fuller for longer! I also have a lot better mood! Before, I was crazy and did low carb, low fat and it was a bad combo for me. Low carb with higher fat and protein is working a lot better!!!

yesterday i ate alot of protein and noticed that i bloated up even though i didnt go above my calorie limit...it could be the protein...i just felt very very full

I agree....Chinese food kills me now, which is a shame because its so good. But I just make sure to really hydrate before and after.

Maranatha Creamy No Stir PB is my favorite EVER.....omg put it in the microwave for a little so its a bit more spreadable and put it on a toasted seeduction roll from whole foods...I swear if someone put chocolate cake or that in front of me, I would probably pick the roll with pb....its that good.

Yes, I can say I do feel so much better...less bloated definitely, and the grains always seem to give me digestive issues a little bit. I'm pretty sure I just need to up my fat intake a little bit. I'm a fat free junkie so I think I'd be better off having low fat/full fat for certain things like yogurt etc.

i got one on each hip for bursitis and it has helped a little but the pain is coming back.

I'm not really sure what to do. I've lowered my carbs from grains and I notice that I keep craving sugar,...maybe I'm not eating enough proteins and fats.
