my doc prescribed 2 citrucel pills 2x a day, plus one dose of miralax a day or as needed. works for me! one time i couldn't go for 12 days and it was awful

Thanks everyone! It may be TOM. Usually my legs hurt before TOM, not during, but ya never know. I get about 7-9 hours of sleep, sometimes 6. I eat about 1,300 calories, I gain weight if I go over. ????

OMG made it last night a LOVED it. Ate it with a spanish roast (beef stuffed with garlic/onion/whistercheir (sp?) in a tomato-ish sauce. Pretty much yes. I actually tried the lettuce thing tonight and I can't say that I am full or hungry, somewhere in the middle which is good. But something in my head is like "something is missing". Could just be me getting used to not feeling a little more full than normal.
